How We Work

From the moment you contact us, our knowledgeable team ensures personalised care and attention. Each hire is handled by our experienced hire team who will be your dedicated point of contact for any questions you may have.

Once we have discussed your requirements, we will create a detailed proposal outlining the recommended audio visual equipment, services and costs. We offer flexible options to fit various budgets and event types.

Once you have reviewed and approved the proposal, we draft a contract outlining the terms and conditions. Upon signing the contract, your booking is confirmed.

Our technical team prepares and tests the selected audio visual equipment to ensure it is in perfect working condition. We handle all logistics, including transportation to your event venue.

Our experienced technicians deliver and set up the audio visual equipment at your venue. We ensure everything is installed correctly and test the setup to guarantee optimal performance.

We can provide on-site technical support to operate and manage the audio visual equipment. Our team can be available to address any issues you may have.

After your event finishes, our team dismantle and remove all the audio visual equipment while ensuring your venue is left in its original condition.
